Violeta is a Southern Gothic horror film about a young Mexican woman who believes she is being haunted by her best friend's ghost.

Over the course of her stay at the remote residence, Ana becomes more and more familiar with Holden’s idiosyncratic methods that require the participating artists to abandon their own identities and live emotionally and psychologically as their characters. Captivated by her artistic investigation, Ana immerses herself wholly into the method and starts living as Violeta, until her fiction loses control.

A year has passed since the last sighting of a whale on the entire planet.Olivia, a determined 18-year-old girl with trisomy 21, daughter of a famous biologist, joins a group of environmental activists in Azores and embarks on a mission to bring the whales back.

Recently divorced, 72-year-old Violeta lives alone in her childhood house, tending to her lush tropical garden and making plans to turn her property into a boarding house. When she discovers the bank is about to take away her house, she breaks all the rules to hold onto her home and her freedom.

Arcadio and Santiago are brothers that conduct a fight constantly, for control above a domestic empire on the production of tequila. Their father, Adolfo Berriozábal, promised to pass a production in an inheritance to the first grandchild. Arcadio decides to marry Azul, in spite of the fact that Santiago loves his future wife deeply. Arcadio is finished speaking with a father Azul about her marriage with him. Wedding is interrupted by peasant revolution that intrudes in a city. Azul is stolen by gangsters.
